We serve both residential and small commercial clients (such as retailers and restauranteurs), and design professionals.

Sometimes a builder, an architect, or an interior designer contacts us on behalf of a current or prospective client. And sometimes clients approach us directly to work alone or alongside their designer or builder.

Either way, our focus is always on satisfying the functional and aesthetic requirements of the client while working to make the life of the professional easier and their time more productive.

If you assembled all our active and completed clients in a room, you'd wonder what they had in common. They are a very diverse group. Still, many of them share some characteristics. In general:

  • They're not first-timers. Most have had prior, questionably successful, experiences in choosing lighting. And many are working on their second or subsequent residence or business remodel, or relocation. They've come to us because they don't want to repeat past mistakes. They are seeking our expertise and experience.

  • They seek some uniqueness in their surroundings. Most have prior first-hand or vicarious experience with mass-market lighting product, and are uninspired by the thought of simply acquiring more of it. They come to us because we provide one-of-kind and custom lighting product. And when production lighting product is appropriate, we supply product that is of far superior quality, or can guide clients in choosing some mass-market product.

  • They view comfort as luxurious.Most of our clients are past the point at which appearances are paramount. They're after performance, substance and quality rather than glitz. They've come to us because we provide durability, long-term value, and pleasurable everyday existence in one's surroundings.

  • They seek an efficient way to exploit the best of new technology.Rather than rely on fragmented and sometimes questionable information in media and advertising, they come to us to learn about their options and understand the trade-offs.

  • Regardless of resources, they seek to leverage their expenditure. They're aware that upfront planning is key. They come to us to ensure that their approach is logical and comprehensive. They want to be satisfied with results, regardless of budget.
